Nanopore Based Detection for Accurate Nanoparticle Measurement
Izon’s qNano and qViro with dynamically tunable nanopores and SIOS (Scanning Ion Occlusion Sensing), represent a paradigm shift in nanoparticle analysis, enabling researchers to achieve accurate analysis of a wide range of particle types (see below).
Particle size, concentration and interactions (aggregation, functionalization, etc.) can be accurately measured.
Tunable particle-by-particle detection provides accurate size distribution output without the averaging effects inherent in other size analysis technologies, such as dynamic light scattering (DLS). Click here to see a comparison between DLS and SIOS based detection.
